1. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. We aim to provide the most efficient and reliable delivery options for our customers.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

We take great care in preparing and dispatching your orders. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the courier, realfit (Singapore) Device Pte Ltd is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or missing mail.

  • Our Commitment: In the event that your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we will perform our due diligence by contacting the courier and assisting with a location investigation.

  • Final Responsibility: If the courier is unable to locate the parcel or confirms delivery, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method at checkout for extra security.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase; however, please note our specific conditions for returns:

  • Change of Mind: We do not support returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • Return Logistics: If a return is authorized by our team (e.g., for a defective item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Return Options: You may choose to:

    1. Send the item back via a courier of your choice (at your own expense).

    2. Drop off the item personally at our designated warehouse/office address.

Note: All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
